Customer Experience Associates (Cashiers)
Be the friendly face of our garden center! Help customers check out, answer basic questions, and keep the energy positive and welcoming. This role focuses on delivering friendly, professional customer service while accurately processing transactions and assisting shoppers throughout the garden center. Cashiers support sales, answer customer questions in person and by phone, help with inventory and restocking, and maintain a clean, organized checkout area. Ideal candidates are reliable team players with strong time management and organizational skills, availability to work at least one weekend day, and an interest in learning basic horticulture.
Nursery & Yard Associates
Perfect for those who enjoy physical work and being outdoors. Assist with loading plants, maintaining nursery areas, and keeping everything looking great. Tree and shrub knowledge preferred. Experience operating a forklift and loader preferred. This role also supports daily garden center operations by assisting customers with plant selection and gardening advice while maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space. Team members care for plants, handle transactions, receive and merchandise shipments, and help with events and promotions. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, customer-focused, physically capable, eager to learn about plants, and available to work at least one weekend day.
Annuals & Perennials Specialists
Plant lovers wanted! Share your knowledge, help customers choose the right plants, and keep our displays healthy and thriving. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, promoting plant and gardening product sales, and maintaining the health, appearance, and inventory of annuals and perennials. Ideal candidates have prior nursery or garden center experience, strong communication skills, the ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks, and availability to work at least one weekend day. Strong knowledge of annuals and perennials is a must.
Stone yard/ Bulk Material Loader
This role manages daily stone yard operations, including loading bulk materials, overseeing inventory, maintaining yard organization, and enforcing safety standards. You will provide expert customer service and product knowledge, supports sales efforts, coordinates order fulfillment, and ensures quality control and accurate signage. Ideal candidates have experience with forklifts and tractor loaders, a background in a garden center or landscaping environment, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license.
Delivery Driver
This role involves safely loading, securing, transporting, and unloading plant, hardscape, and bulk materials while following all traffic laws and safety guidelines. The driver will perform routine vehicle inspections, operate commercial vehicles and equipment such as dump trucks, loaders, and forklifts. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, at least two years of relevant experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills. CDL preferred.
Landscape Crew Members
Work hands-on installing landscapes and hardscapes. Ideal for those who enjoy physical work, being outdoors, craftsmanship, and seeing projects come to life. Team members work outdoors in a collaborative environment and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, digging, and working in various weather conditions. This position is ideal for both experienced professionals and motivated beginners who are eager to learn new skills in horticulture, construction, and machinery. Landscape Foreman
This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of landscaping projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The Landscaping Foreman leads and trains crews, manages equipment and safety compliance, communicates with clients, and resolves on-site challenges as they arise. Ideal candidates have strong leadership and organizational skills, hands-on landscaping experience, knowledge of horticulture and safety practices, and a valid driver’s license.
Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer
We are seeking a motivated Landscape Designer who is passionate about creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. This role involves collaborating with clients and team members, conducting site evaluations, and developing creative, sustainable landscape designs using industry-standard software. The designer will provide expertise in plant selection, materials, and best practices while working closely with project managers and construction teams. Responsibilities also include staying current with industry trends and overseeing installations to ensure designs are executed as intended.
